About MSA
The Michigan Student Assembly (MSA) is the central student government at the University of Michigan, representing students from every school and college. It is the official student voice at the University.

MSA facilitates communities between students and the University administration and advocates student issues and concerns.

REGULAR MEETING TIMES (FALL & WINTER TERM):
MSA meetings are held every Tuesday at 7:30pm in MSA Chambers, 3rd floor, Michigan Union.

We distribute almost $200,000 per term to student groups. We work in cooperation with the Office of Vice President of Student Affairs to represent student concerns and opinions to the Board of Regents. MSA is committed to protecting students' rights. MSA is an important part of student involvement in the University's decision making process.
