The bulk of MSA\'s projects are planned and executed by MSA\'s commissions, committees, and task forces. Any student may be a member of an MSA commission, committee, or task force. They meet at least once a week. To get involved, just go to a meeting or contact the chair to find out how you can help.

CSC is one of two funding bodies in the Michigan Student Assembly (MSA).
University of Michigan students passed a ballot question that added $1 to the
annual tuition per student to be used for community service projects by U of M
students; this is where CSC gets its money for student groups. CSC funds
projects which focus on direct service (i.e. Soup kitchens), community
development (i.e. events that bring the community together and raise
awareness/education for certain community issues), and community organization
(i.e. events or projects which organize the community to work on certain issues
together; activism). CSC funding works on a reimbursement process.
