We are the commission which deals with anything related to both safety and students. This semester we will be working on expanding the laptop lock rental program to North Campus, planning a Campus Safety Week to get the word out about the new text message alert system, and improving street lighting on and off campus. I encourage anyone interested in any of these things, who has their own ideas, and or would like to gain experience working with city council, DPS, and the administration to come a check us out. Meetings are Wednesdays at 5:00 pm in MSA Chambers. We have a representative from DPS at all of our meetings to address any concerns that you have about campus safety.
